Declan ( Nigel Thomas ), is soft spoken gentle and tough ex-army personnel with precision for timing and effective communication is a norm. He took the responsibility within his stride once the appointments were confirmed to liaise directly with the tenants and resolved the issues with a clean bill of health. I am happy to have found Declan here and hopefully shall continue to give him jobs

Nigel Thomas was brilliant! I called on a Friday and he was out to me on the Monday. Punctual, polite, and courteous. He not only did a great job at installing my hob, but cleared away after himself, taking my old hob and the box of my new hob with him. On the Tuesday morning I received a text message checking up if installation was all ok :) Fantastic experience all round and I would highly recommend!

Landec was great from initial conversations to coming out! He came out to do the job at a time that suited me and went above and beyond by checking my property was safe and offering me advice on the types of alarms which I needed for the property. Not only would I recommend him to anyone I am arranging him to come out again to do additional work needed on the property.

Thomas provided me with an excellent service, was punctual and kept me informed throughout the inspection. Thomas is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and is very thorough in his work and provided me with the written Gas Safety Certificate once the work was completed. The payment was made by contactless with the receipt emailed to me. I have found his service from start to finish to be at a very high standard indeed and would recommend his services to anyone else.
