We asked Nigel to service our boiler recently. Nigel is polite, friendly and knowledgeable on what he does. He arrived well before the time we had agreed and dived straight into the job. I enjoyed watching him doing his work thoroughly and systematically. Safety is on top of his mind. We shared a few things about our past career as we found out that we came from the same career background and organisation. I felt like I found a long lost friend. I will surely be asking Nigel to help me in future and highly recommend him for anyone.
