Lacey Heating! 5 star review ***** Full system and boiler replacement. Tony and his team (Dom&Sam) were all you could hope for. From the first phone call with Tony through till the end of the job, helpful, thoughtful, considerate.. I have nothing but praise, a highly satisfied customer. Was kept informed of every step. Always called and turned up on time. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you Lacey Heating!

Tony and his colleague Dom did a brilliant job at installing our new oil boiler. They were great to deal with throughout and did a very tidy and high quality installation. They were nice to have around too and are clearly highly reliable, just as other reviews have suggested. Since the installation I've heard from them several times as they've registered the warranty (for a whopping 7 years) and wanted to make sure everything was running well. I recommend Lacey Heating wholeheartedly - you won't be disappointed if you hire them.

Tony was quick to reply and turned up when we needed him to . Our boiler completely packed up at the weekend but the parts to fix it were ordered and he was able to complete the work by Tuesday lunchtime . Great service and would definitely recommend .We will be using Tony going forward to service our boiler.

Excellent work by Tony and his team. The megaflow system and water softener was installed, tested and all guarantee paperwork completed in 2 and half days. They were clean and tidy. Always arrived on day and times agreed. Never left us without water. Very professional and knowledgeable. Best plumbers would highly recommend him.

Lacey Heating did a great job on the installation of my new kitchen, it looks a 1,000 times better. Tony is very personable and will offer advice and suggestions how to move forward. He tried to get the project moving as quickly as possible and has a team of people to carry out different trades that all work very seamlessly together. Overall my kitchen project was absolutely painless, easy to arrange and happy with the service received. I have no hesitation in recommending Tony / Lacey Heating for future projects.

I cannot thank Tony and his team enough, they were all professional, hardworking and friendly and took the time to answer any questions I had. They turned up on time and left the area tidy each day before they went home. We are so happy with our new bathroom and I would definitely recommend Lacey Heating to my friends and family.

A good job well done and what’s more he was the best price we found after getting five quotes. The planned stages over six weeks all took place as and when required with no sneaky cost surprises or unnecessary delays. Tony brings in Dom and others when needed who are all excellent engineers and certainly fire on when here, and with suitable notice are very flexible with their time. Very professional and honest, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tony and will certainly involve Tony in any future quotations. Well done.

Tony, is one of the best tradesman I have ever employed. He is timely, professional and goes the extra mile for you. Despite the current difficulties going on in the UK he took upmost care to make sure we knew what was going on in every minute of the job. He completed a full boiler conversion on our house in just three days and also did little extra bits for us, he quoted exactly what the job would be and there were absolutely no surprises. His team he works with Dom and his brother Ronny were just as good as Tony. I will absolutely be hiring him again when I continue the plumbing conversion of our house and would recommend him to all my friends.
