Anthony arrived on time as promised, he is a qualified experienced engineer and diagnosed the Gas Boiler issue and scheduled an immediate repair solution. We are very pleased with his service and he took particular attention to protect our home leaving all clean and tidy together with reasonable charges. First class all round, thank you.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have to say it was by far the highest quote I had, but it also felt the most honest and thorough. Not one of those that quote low and then find all sorts of complications and by the time they finish, the price has doubled. They were extremely friendly and approachable. We needed some paperworks done in order to do the work, and Tony was very forthcoming and helpful throughout, which made a normally painful bureaucratic process not only speedy but also very simple. They showed up on time. They were clean and pleasant to have around the house. They worked in a shockingly tidy manner. They did an amazing job to a very high standard (and I'm a very fussy person). They said it would take 2 days but they actually finished in 1. They were happy to come back to fix a small issue that we found afterwards (not caused by them). Tony called me multiple times in the following weeks to make sure everything was good. I'm definitely keeping his phone number.

Great communication from start to finish. Quick to come and provide a quote, a fair price, didn’t try to charge for unnecessary work as others did. Work carried out promptly, on time, to a very high standard, all tidied up after the job was finished. Would highly recommend and if I have another job, would not hesitate to hire again.

When my old boiler packed up I contacted Tony who came round the same morning. Tony and his great team carried out a complete rip out of the old system and installed a new combi boiler. Very professional. The team were very polite and tidy. Tony went out of his way to explain everything and gave us detailed advice. Worked late to get the job completed in a day. I cannot rate Lacey Heating highly enough. Thanks to Tony and the team!!!

Lacey Heating replaced a cylinder for us. It was a tricky job but Lacey Heating got the job done quickly and professionally. Friendly to deal with as well and very reasonably priced for the work. Would recommend them to anyone, if you want a good job done with no fuss.

Lacey came to check the boiler an hour later after we spoke on the phone. He has his face cover on, removed his shoes and explained the problem which was a simple fix. Polite, efficient, professional. Highly recommended.
