Communication from Ken was excellent from the outset. The job was completed in a very quick time which was excellent for me. I am based in Cheltenham my property is in Cornwall. I WILL be using Ken and his company again when my property needs attention. My experience tells me this is a decent no nonsense company who get on with the job with no fuss and that's a business that I need. Highly recommend MK Building Services.

Hired Ken to replace and repair slipped roof tiles at my father's house. Very quick response, good communication and job done to my father's satisfaction.

Ken and his team did a good job with our internal glazed doors. Best of all was his communication and attention to detail. Ken visited us to scope the work and then kept us informed on a regular basis as the doors were made. He promised us an installation date which he duly met. He followed up to make sure we were happy with the finished job before he was paid. Very reliable and trustworthy.

Ken was very responsive from the outset. He came to look at the house and provided a quote very promptly. He sent his scaffolders down to look at the property and plan the best way of approaching the work - again, everything communicated with advance notice. Work was carried out quickly and to a high standard (judging from the photographs that Ken provided of his work). Highly recommended!

Thank you Ken and Barry for managing to fit us in promptly with a leaking roof. Problem was due to the eaves felt crumbling. Initially Barry came to assess; quote rec'd same evening.
