The job was completed promptly and neatly as arranged and at the price I had agreed. The leak has been repaired and other work also at a good standard.

Ken White removed a small tree from our chimney last week. It was done in a day and he supplied me with photographs, which was thoughtful. He’d had to wait for decent weather to do the job, and remained in contact throughout this time, including letting me know as soon as it was completed. He was at all times responsive, polite, and professional. He supplied a quote from which he did not deviate even though the job needed more attention than he’d initially anticipated. As far as I can see from the photos all is as it should be and it’s a delight to see the chimney restored to itself – minus the tree. I would not hesitate to employ him again.

They did a great job. Fantastic response times to my original job post and with arriving to get the job done. They were upfront about the price too which is great. Really good job done, I intend to use them again for other jobs.

Ken was very quick to come out and gave me a quote for a comprehensive roof repair. He was also the only builder to offer me a guarantee for the works completed, which is always reassuring. The workmen he sent did a good job and were polite and clear, explaining what needed doing and why they recommended this course of action. Am happy to recommend Ken and his team.

We have now got a beautiful solid oak bookcase in place, and Ken also repaired our rather decrepit summerhouse so it is now safe to use. Many thanks.

Ken arranged for Barry to fit out the bathroom cupboard, where the hot water tank used to be. It was at a reasonable price, arranged quickly and the work was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending MK Building Services and considering the firm for further work

Barry his colleague was knowledgeable and helpful, he told me exactly what he’d done for the job and also gave advice around the external rendering of the property.
