Ken from K.M. Builders quoted for the job and has recently finished the work. They turned up on time to do the quote and have recently finished the job as quoted. There are no complaints about their work. They were efficient and mindful of the adjoining property. So yes I am very pleased with the work carried out.

Ken completed multiple jobs at my property all carried out effectively and on time with ongoing discussion and explanation of what was happening throughout. He organised a return visit after the job was completed to fix an issue that arose. Very happy with the work carried out and I will use Ken for more work in the future no doubt.

The work was on behalf of our elderly father.The job became bigger as we also decided to hire Ken to replace the guttering to the whole house as well as the porch. A good and thorough job was done of the guttering which looks great and is now safe again! We took Ken's advice to replace rather than repair the very dilapidated windows in the porch. The windows had to be custom made which of necessity took a bit more time. Ken was very understanding and flexible on dates, especially when our father had a fall and had to spend some time in hospital in the middle of the job. I was impressed when Ken came in to check the quality of the work once the new windows had been fitted, and chatted to my father about his recovery from the fall. The new windows should be much warmer and look great. We don't live locally so we particularly appreciated the good communications and Ken's quick responses to any queries we had, and that he kept us informed all the way through the work. We would be happy to recommend MK Building and Roofing as they do good work with attention to detail, left the place tidy, kept to the quote and are pleasant to deal with.

Good contact and quick professional service.Works carried out within 3 days of posting. Helpful team who look to have done a good job. I agreed the cost as I wanted the job completed quickly by someone reliable and I suppose a premium is chargeable in these situations, but I feel that £280 for basically an hours work and a couple of new tiles is excessive.
