What a great job Ken and his team did. Both mine and my neighbours roofs re battoned and refelted new edgings and ridge system plus other little bits I asked him to do.Professional, well mannered and courteous throughout and cleaned up at the end of each day. Plus finished ahead of time and all for a reasonable price, would recommend.

I was very pleased with the job carried out by The firm. I received good service during the tendering process, the workers turned up as planned and appear to have done an excellent job. The tender included the cost of scaffolding which was not used presumably because of the present crisis. I would have expected a larger reduction in the bill because of this and should have it queried at the time. However, a minor complaint and I would be happy to recommend KM Roofing to anyone looking for roof repairs.

Mike was very quick to respond and organise a repair to a lead valley that was not initially clearly discernible. He was open to suggestion and prepared to reconsider once the problem was able to be viewed and properly assessed. His contact and communication was excellent and the work itself was undertaken very professionally and the site left clean and tidy upon completion We would certainly recommend him for jobs of a similar nature

Ken and his team are First Class, I highly recommend them. I live at the top of a West Facing Hill and had an Emergency! My Loft was Flooded by the February 2020 Storms! Ken kindly sent his gentlemen immediately and they found the problem. Ken and his team replaced the roof quickly and efficiently with maximum expertise, consideration and minimum disturbance to myself and my neighbours. Ken reacted quickly to my initial enquiry with a visit and quotation within a few days. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, the timeliness of completion and the price quoted compared to other builders. His workforce are polite and professional. If I was to offer one development point it would be around the area of communication. Ken is very prompt in replying to texts / emails etc but I sometimes felt short changed with any verbal contact. He tends to say what he has to say then puts the phone down. Fantastic for those customers who want action not words but difficult for someone like me who likes to discuss things more fully. Having said that I would certainly look to engage Ken and his team for any work in the future. I strongly recommend that you consider getting in touch with Ken if you need a quality job doing with a guarantee afterwards.
