I thought I'd explained sufficiently that I wanted a shower the same style as the broken one (traditional exposed valve) a cheap version whilst I saved for a more expensive one. Unfortunately the one fitted is modern does not suit my period house and isn't disabled friendly as the original style was chosen not only for aesthetics but for the arm and shower head reaching to the flat area of the bath which this one doesn't, it was too late and not practical to refuse it hot weather and showers my only safe option... I sent a message to Kieran advising all this prior to paying for the work I also sent an email this morning enquiring if the traditional exposed valve shower I'd found last night would fit so I could begin saving as I cannot manage with this one but received no response No complaints' refers to prompt response to ad. only after 1st use knew not suitable due to disability you could have offered a solutionAnswer from tradesperson:
This customer states no complaints. Was fully given options on showers but fully agreed she didn’t at the time have the money to swap out all shower, bath taps and sink taps that were plastic and she wanted porcelain I offered a cheap but quality thermostatic shower as a 12-18mth stop gap so she could shower as the one she wanted she didn’t want to spend the money! (Strange) The shower is perfectly usable and performance tested Customer paid my invoice, agreed the work. Now for some reason now wants it removed Overly customer got what she asked for. I think the customer is slightly mixed up. Gives strange review and 2/5? Pics speak for itself.

Review left on 19 Jul 2024Rating: 5 out of 5Radiators replacementKeiran, got on with the job in hand. Removing old radiators & allowing me a few days for some minor decorating. Keiran returned the following week on the day he promised to fit new radiators. A reasonable price (Doesn't rip people off) and turned up on the dates he said he would together with a time of arrival. Very satisfied with all aspects of the work.
