Reply created 21 Mar 2024Why is is customers leave a negative review when they don’t get 1. What they want for nothing? Pretty regular now a days 2. Try to pull the wool over your eyes when their boiler is nackered as stated 20-25 years old with several faults? This customer clearly has had someone messing around with it pre my visit. Boiler assessed as having many faults which I gave him a cost for. (Doesn’t mention that) and a cost to replace it (doesn’t mention that! Just mentions that I for some reason haven’t miraculously waved a wand without him spending any money. He had no money to replace (hense) his frustrations to only leave a negative review. His stance that I know nothing about old boilers is only his own knowledge lol If this customer can prove anything from a second opinion from another engineer I’d like to hear it. Customer paid my call out fee. And he has lied the boiler did still produce hot water and heating as I showed him. Complete lie Thank-you to all my customers that. Listen, understand, appreciate their existing situations and don’t try to extort trades.

Reply created 15 Dec 2024You would think This customer citizens Advice bureau (Wsm) would have a reasonable attitude towards members of the public being understanding respectful kind and considerate but no. Happy for me to respond promptly to do the job (which they were very happy & appreciative once the jobs done) then take an unreasonable amount of time to pay & when requested to give a reason as to why they passed the buck with no apology with undertones of sarcasm I quote “how would you like me to respond”… Not even anything close to (I’m terribly sorry Kieran please accept our apologies). So I’m overview of this CUSTOMER disgruntled is thoroughly justified & reasonable. They didn’t like my highlighting of their poor administration. Then finally asks future customers to be mindful of a traders exception of being paid on time? Simply spiteful action of a public service company to post a vindictive negative review which clearly has nothing to do with the tradesmen and everything to do with them.
