Kieran did a professional installation, I would highly recommend Kierans workmanship.

Kieran installed for me a new Valliant combi boiler to replace my old one which had been failing over recent years. He completed the work quickly within 1 day with very little mess. His price was much cheaper than the quotes i had been given from other local tradesman. Overall, Excellent service, excellent price and very happy with the end product, 5 Star.

What can I say other than perfect?...within a very short time I had a response from this company and now the job is complete. The situation was not ideal with the tight space and aged pipe work and fittings but the professional attitude and skill of this tradesperson has solved my problem...a big thank you for your quick response and perfect job.

Our internal stop tap for water supply had developed a large leak. We were urgently in need of a plumber. I posted my job, and very quickly received a response from Kieran of KB Plumbing and Heating. I had a look at the feedback ratings .. I was wary of the fact that there was only one feedback. But our problem was so urgent that I didn't have much time to worry about the lack of feedback. I took the risk and hired him. My key observations are: (1) Kieran was punctual, he came exactly at the time that had been agreed between the two of us. (2) He told me in a very clear manner as to how much it is going to cost me. This is very useful. Some tradesmen like to keep things vague and uncertain and fluid so that they can make up a figure as they go along. Not Kieran. (3) Because of the awkward position of the stop tap the problem had turned out to be much more complicated than both myself and Kieran had anticipated. In spite of this difficulty, Kieran continued with the job without moaning or complaining. He could very easily have held me to ransom and demanded a bigger price for his services. He did not do so. (4) Kieran was neat and tidy in the way he carried out the work. I was scared in case he, out of clumsiness, drops tools on our tiled kitchen floor and cracks it or dismantles our kitchen units unnecessarily. He did no such thing. (Limited space for feedback .. must end.) I recommend KB Plumbing and Heating.
