Job: remove old heat only boiler and system , including hot water cylinder and replace with efficient new combi.
Kieran was the last of 9 people to come and see the job after having to reschedule, he was determined to come and look at it and I'm glad he did.
He was early to view the job and had some innovative ideas and gave some good advice. His quote was very competitive and he was chosen to do the job.
He arrived with his colleague just after the agreed time but kept good communication throughout. As soon as they turned up they got straight on with the job. They made sure to put sheets down up the stairs to keep things tidy.
The job took around 8 hours in total and was problem-free.
Kieran and his colleague were very hard working and hardly had a break. They were happy to explain what they were doing as they were going along.
The areas they were working in were left clean and tidy.
When fitted they took time to explain how the boiler worked and how the wireless controls work.
