I am pleased with the finished build. Julian was very helpful and the pricing was very competative

Julian was hired to part convert a garage into a bedroom. Julian gave a competitive estimate and he and his team completed this to a good standard, we are very happy with the room. His team were polite and always tided up at the end of the day. There was the odd time when a tradesman was not on time and no communication given, but that's the only small negative I can think off. I highly recommend Julian and his team and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Julian recently rebuilt a garden wall for me. His rates were very competitive and he was very understanding when the work was delayed by insurance red-tape and one of the other tradesmen letting me down with submitting their quote. He did a lovely job and took great care not to inconvenience my neighbour. I would use him again in a flash.

Job consisted of repair and re-painting external walls and timbers of house inc front windows and garage plus replacement of sofits,facia, gutteringand barge boards. Job was carried out in difficult weather conditions but completed professionally and with min fuss despite odd challenge as job progressed.I was very impressed with the workmanship and the final result is extremely satisfying and in keeping with the character of the house.I would have no hesitation in recommending Julian.

Julian removed a large ornamental brick plinth and hearth from my lounge. I was astonished at how little mess he made and everyday my lounge was left in a very clean condition. The work was completed very quickly at a very reasonable cost. Julian took a lot of care over the finishing stages especially with the plastering and repairs of the walls and fireplace. His team were very friendly and helpful, especially when I asked for advise and updates concerning the work. I would recommend Julian if you need any building work to be carried out and would definately ask him to carry out any further work that I require.

Hired Julian to repair the chimney stack on a Victorian terraced house. He arrived exactly when he said he would, set to as soon as the scaffolders had finished and he completed the work same day, even though weather conditions weren't wonderful. He made an excellent job of it using the right bricks to match the rest of the stack. He went the extra mile in putting in ties to improve the solidity of the build of the brickwork between the pots. He came back early next morning to see that all was well so that our gas fitter could come and put the new flue liner down and install the gas fire. Excellent job at a reasonable price. Would recommend Julian to anyone.

We are very pleased with our garage conversion. Julians work has been of very high quality. Julian worked hard, fast and was extremely precise, his attention to detail was excellent. Everything was left clean and tidy. We will hire him again if we need more work done.
