John's communications before the event were very good. We had one minor issue of a van breakdown that changed the day but again this was dealt with very well by John, communications were clear and the delay was only a couple of days, so no big deal - it happens!
The guys turned up bang on time and the work was competed quickly due to the two man team and the job looks very good. John sending pictures of before, during and after is really interesting and re-affirms my decision to get the work done.
Overall we are very pleased with the work, the price was reasonable and John easy to get hold of and there was no fuss. I would recommend and consider using John again.
