Very GOOD. Very genuine person. I don't think I have ever met a genuine person like him before. He initially said the job would cost up to £400 but end up cahrging me only £50 for a minor fix. Thanks a LOT

Really pleased with work. John responded to job posting very quickly and came round to assess roof repair promptly and took time assess the damage internally and externally, where other roofers were less interested. He clearly new what his was doing and his diligence in assessing the damage resulted in his appointment to complete the work. Price was good for work carried out. Would definitely recommend John for similar work and have already referred to a friend.

Very quick response by e-mail and phone to posting the job and came around to appraise the work and give estimate within 48 hours. Scheduled the job within a few days and completed work as agreed on schedule. Price agreed was very fair for the work done and John also did a another small job for me too. Really nice guy and pleasant to have around the house. Very clean worker and highly recommended. I would definitely use John again. Thanks.

Throughout the process John has been very quick in replying to my questions. On the day of the job John and Ben even turned up early to do the job. I'm really pleased with the quality of work which was to replace the lead flashing around the soil pipe. They even cleared the guttering and removed soil spots from the porch roof without being asked and without further costs. The job was competively priced and I would recommend John Brown for any roofing jobs.
