A very friendly and genuine guy. Was very prompt when he came to give me a quote and the day he came to install, he had to go to another job first. This was an emergency but it was nice that he let me know in good time, so I was able to fit in some other chores. The shower he has installed for me is fab, he was methodical, left no mess and I am really pleased with the standard of work. Very professional and I would recommend.

Had john round too quote me for my bathroom beat all other quotes and started the job when said work was done promptly n john kept me informed on diffrent stages done the work hes done is fantastic n really happy with works done the bathroom is stunning now . would highly recommend him for his services clean tidy n professional

Love my bathroom, Both John and his tiler are the best. Very professional, hard working , respectful of my home. Nothing was too much trouble, they worked really hard to get the job finished for me. Amazing response. John contacted me within a very short time, came over yesterday evening to assess the problems and arranged to come today to do the work. He was held up getting parts and phoned to let me know, giving me his eta. Both jobs were completed quickly and efficiently, no mess left and everything was explained to me. The toilets were tested before John left and worked perfectly. John is very pleasant and helpful I would certainly use him again for any future jobs. Neighbours around here have recently been complaining about plumbers not arriving when they've said they would, and increasing a quoted price etc. I shall be spreading the word of your good service, I couldn't have asked for better.
