Very happy with John, gave us a reasonable estimate and stuck to it despite doing extra jobs that he found free of charge. Completed job, new shower, is great in both looks and usage. Would highly recommend him, and would definitely use him again.

I employed John (JMR Plumbing and Heating) on behalf of my brother Robert who is becoming increasingly disabled and needed a a downstairs shower roon converted into a wet room with a few disabled aids for safety. John was very prompt and his quote was very competative. He was punctual, reliable and gave good advice about different options available. He kept the site as clean as possible whilst the work was being carried out. John was also very sociable and honest to the point he had his own key to my brothers property for access as Robert is a late riser. The work was to a high standard and I would recommend John to friends and family without hesitation.

Good communication throughout. Transparent quote info. Friendly. Clean and speedy workmanship. Very pleased with the work, so much so he is doing more work for us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

John did a super job. A very reasonable quote and excellent workmanship. This was despite half the family being ill and our toddler grandson rocketing around the house! John worked all around this with no problems at all. We subsequently called John out again for a different issue that was urgent. Again his rates were very reasonable and the standard of work very good. We would definitely call John again for any plumbing issues or upgrades!

We just had our main bathroom completely refitted and tiled with a jacuzzi bath. We are really pleased with the results. John was friendly and professional throughout. Despite there being difficulties such as the removal of the old bathroom taking longer than expected and the walls being very uneven for tiling, John and Ryan worked really hard to sort them out and get the bathroom completed as soon as possible. We changed our minds about the position of the sink and radiator and John was really accommodating. The bathroom looks fantastic and fitted to a high standard. John came back after completion to sort out a couple of small issues we spotted and he came back really quickly which we appreciated. We would highly recommend him.
