Review left on 13 Apr 2022Rating: 1 out of 5Plastering ceilingThis ā TRADESMANā arrived two and a half days after the agreed start date did three hours work and went home. To say I was socked at the state he left my ceiling is an understatement. He was questioned about the standard of work and the cost during a phone call that day and again when he arrived next day. After saying the work would be finished that day and to a good standard , he just disappeared. Left our property without telling us, took his tools and left the ceiling exactly how he left it the day before. Had to get another tradesman in to try to sort out the mess. He suggested I post this as the work was of such a poor standard. We did get a text 2 hours after the āTradesmanāleft ,telling us he felt we would not have paid for his work.That was complete rubbish. Itās a shame I canāt post a photograph of this work just to emphasise why Iam so upsetAnswer from tradesperson:
You were made aware of why I started two days after the original start date, and you agreed. It was a two day job, I was halfway through the so called 'mess' clearly the work is going to look 'half done.... It wasn't completed?! In the phone call in the afternoon of day one you were argumentative with me on how I was completing the work, and the price of the agreed work. I was doing EXACTLY as the agreed quote. On the phone call I received, you were very rude and spoke to me appallingly. The next morning, you were again, appalling, very rude, and as you were not prepared to listen to anything I had say I was unable to respond before you stormed off to your wife. When I attempted to mention the quote you abruptly replied "I don't give a dam about the quote" You had an issue half way through the work with what I was earning, as you compared my job price to your own earnings. Breaking down my hourly pay, not taking into consideration my over heads, as again you wouldn't allow me to speak. Yes I did leave the job, as you were bad mouthing me and shouting how unhappy you were to your wife, while I was upstairs trying to continue the work on the second day of the job. Humiliating. You are as bad mannered and rude leaving feedback as you are in person. It's much more a case of Tradesmen beware of this "CUSTOMER" I am a human being trying to make a living and I will not be subjected to abuse and humiliation because of your inability to read a quote.

When is heavy rain with strong wind water come in from the side where roof join with wall and now from few more places because seal around roof sheets is not good anymore. anybody can quote from pictures attached or can come to have a look and chat about what can be done and give me a price? Never turn up. From start had diferent problems. When should come to quote canceled the visit twice. Then managed to book a date for job and I contacted him one day before to start to replay to me that have again another problem and need to book another date. Him booked me 2 weeks later but again dont turn up and now dont answer phone calls or text or anything. Avoid this get at any cost if dont want to waste your time. Biggest time waster I meet. Review left on 6 Dec 2021Rating: 5 out of 5Bathroom roof- on going leakSteve, did an initial repair that reduced the leak, I contacted him to let him know it was still not sorted he came back out right away to re asses. then came back and did the second repair which has now solved the problem. So after 4 different roofers. And many different options put forward Steve finally solved the issue.
