Roof tile repair needed - urgent

Jimmy is a fresh breath of air for a tradesman. He demonstrated honesty and integrity with his approach, and expert fixed our slate roof issue. Plus his cost for the job was more than competitive. He even fixed our roof on bank holiday Sunday at 8am, so the missus and I could enjoy our long weekend! Cheers Jimmy. Rana + Kate

    Replace roof tiles

Jimmy came on a Sunday morning to fix some fallen tiles and replace some lead work. He had the necessary materials and did the job well. He explained the issue and what he needed to do to fix it. Overall, I would recommend Jimmy and would use him again, should the need arise.

    Leak in front porch

Jimmy Adams came this morning and completed the job. He did a good job but could not guarantee the roof leak as it might be from another part of the roof.

Gutter cleaning and repair in KT7

He came for a quote of the guttering job. The quote is way expensive. I asked him to adjust the hinge of the PVC door which has been dropped and could not close properly. He charged me 80 pounds for 20 minutes adjusting the hinge by my tools. My mistake is that I should have asked him the price beforehand, but I feel that he should at least say that he is going to charge that much before he started the job. When he was going out I let him know that I was not happy and going to review him to be too expensive, and he offered me 10 £ for a good review. I refused.

    Answer from tradesperson:

Not gonna get into a debate but you can’t please everyone. He went from a clean to replacement but this guys gutters were ASBESTOS and need to be dealt with the right PPE and personnel. He didn’t know what he wanted done. Just shows he listed gutter clean and I ended fixing doors. Please take the time to read the reviews that follow. Kind regards Jimmy Adams JJA ROOFING
