JJA ROOFING AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE reviews (341)

Nice guy gives good advice. Will recommend and use again in the future.

Jimmy went over and above to offer advice to resolve my guttering issue and provided a cost effective quote. Cant fault his approach and work quality. Also very polite, ameniable, and professional which ensures a great customer experience from start to finish.

Jimmy has been excellent. He has an in depth knowledge and experience in roofing works. He is someone you can trust and rely on. He inspected my property and gave me an impartial advise and educated me about the issues I have with my roof and things that need attention/fix and things that can wait. I will surely be reaching out to Jimmy to get my work started when I am ready.

Thursday 29 October: Jimmy Adams is a professional but also a friendly and helpful guy. He gave me a reasonable quote for today’s work and today supplied and fitted the two guttering end caps as requested; but he did much more. Despite getting drenched in a steady cold drizzle he cleared moss and mud from both gutters and gave me good advice about the front gutters needing a change of slope for water to run towards the down pipe, (instead of away as it had been). We also discussed how moss on the rear east facing side of the roof was likely to cause the rear gutters to clog in the future and he drew my attention to how the pointing near one corner of the house was damaged due to guttering leak or overflow. I would recommend Jimmy to help you with guttering or roofing problems and I plan to use his services for onward improvements. Regards – Ian Hutcheson

Jimmy did a good job solving my leaking roof and fixed some broken rooof tiles as well. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks, Jason

Not the cheapest quote I received, but Jimmy Adams turned up on time to give the quote and for the two days he was here, and worked without a break for tea/coffee or lunch. He took photos before, during and after the work which he showed me and my son-in-law, explaining exactly what he had done. He was pleasant and cheerful, clearing up well after his work and being helpful in every way he could. You get what you pay for and I would recommend him to anyone needing this kind of work.

Jimmy was very fast at communicating and getting the job dive the same and the next day - he sent videos and explained everything really clearly. Multiple jobs needed and he gave me lots of time for much needed advice. Will hire again.
