Re-fit bathroom and tile walls
Plumbing work was carried out to a satisfactory standard. Jim listened to what I needed and was accommodating. Sometimes difficult to get hold of as there were 3 different numbers Jim would call from. Tiling work was carried out by one of Jim's contacts and although a mosaic border tile was discussed with Jim, who passed this information onto the tiler, it was not done. I arrived home to find a wall of white tiles with no border in place. This was not Jim's fault as he had left the tiler to get on with his instructions and I had been out in the morning so was not there to check progress. In fairness, the tiler offered to rectify the situation by removing a row of tiles and doubling up the border tiles but I did not have enough for this so agreed to just leave the walls white.
All in all, bath is now very stable and watertight thanks to a frame Jim built to strengthen it and the rest of the plumbing work was finished during suitable times.
Jim was polite, quick to answer my advert and was reasonably priced. Was also happy to deduct the cost of boxing in pipes, which was part of the overall cost, due to shortage of time before the joiner arrived - this was then given to the joiner to complete.
Overall satisfied with the work carried out.
