Jim contacted me promptly, came when he said he would, was reasonably priced, fitted my new kitchen tap without any worries, i'm a happy customer and will have jim back to fit my bathroom. Thank you.

I contacted this plumber though this website because of the great feedback he seems to have attracted. Mr Plumber was polite, knowledgeable, professional and prompt in his appointment. He fixed our problem on the spot, for a very fair price and also offered some advice on a related matter that had been bothering us. Overall we are extremely pleased and would thoroughly recommend his services.

Good job - turned up on time

Jim solved a plumbing problem that had been a difficulty for about 10 years! He was the first tradesman to look carefully enough to work out what was wrong (under the floorboards and through a wall!), and was happy to take on the tricky job of putting it right once and for all. He arrived promptly, worked hard with no messing, and gave me a surprisingly good price for a nasty job. Jim is our hero!! We immediately agreed on giving Jim some further work in our house. Highly recommended!

Would highly recommend! Did my job at such short notice and was there first thing, just like I had asked. Even though there was another part required for the job, he had it with him and all work was completed within half an hour, leaving me to get on with my day. Good communication, reasonable and reliable. Fitted an acrylic bath for me. Unfotunately part of the plumbing came loose a couple days after fitting resulting in some flooding to flat below, but he came out within a couple of hours of me calling him and remedied the problem.
