Good communication, came when he said he would, did a good job of the outdoor tap. Would use him again!

I had arranged for a washing machine to be installed on delivery by the retailer, but was informed when it arrived the necessary pipework wasn't in place. Jim was able to visit at a time that suited me and fixed the issue in no time at all. He was also able to advise on other queries and I'd certainly hire him again for future jobs. Would happily recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Very pleased with the new bathroom installed by Jim Wallace, who pointed me in the right direction to buy top quality suite at a good price. Jim also dealt with removing floor and wall tiles, and sorted some other plumbing/heating issues. He is a good natured, skilled tradesman, his prices are reasonable, and I have already asked him to come back and do some kitchen plumbing. Highly recommended.
