Jim was able to look at the problem the day after I had made contact. He arrived when he said he would, located the problem quickly and was able to explain in layman's terms what had happened. The toilet unit was sealed so after removing the top he very kindly sealed it up again and left the area clean and tidy. Jim was very pleasant to deal with, was efficient and the price seemed reasonable, considering he had been able to do the job at short notice. I would be happy to use him again.
