    Boiler Service
    This was from last year, so hopefully he has improved. But after the service I asked about the pressure on the boiler as it kept slowly dropping. He said it needed a new part, which took weeks to get fitted. The new part started leaking and causing problems. I couldn't get him back round. He sent someone else round who then opened up the boiler and said a whole other load of work needed doing and the part wasn't right. We finally gave up and got someone different in. It was a simple fix and everything they did was just making problems out of nothing. Looks like he is back on track which is good, but I wouldn't use him again.

    This feedback isn't genuine and has been posted 2 years after I performed the original boiler service job, which you were happy with. The PRV also needed replacing, however I couldn't come back for a few weeks, which you knew about. Regarding sending another engineer to check a leak, that isn't true. You haven't been in contact since the PRV was replaced, so you're confusing me with another engineer. When I saw this review I called you immediately to discuss, and you sounded very confused and asked me to call back. You then never picked up or responded to messages! To my potential customers: I work very hard to ensure all my customers are happy, which is evident in my 100% positive feedback prior to and after this false review.

    Jessie is a very pleasant guy to deal with. He highlighted a couple of safety issues that previous engineers had missed. Would definitely use again.
