    Landlord gas safety certificate and Boiler servicing
    Jessie came to help me service my boiler and issue me with my first CP12 for the gas safety check. He was very competitively priced and the service he delivered was efficient and impressive. He was very friendly, offering me advice on my gas and central heating. He then went on to do more than the job he was hired for and didn’t ask for a penny more. Some of my radiators had quite a bit of air in them and he bled them all for me. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jessie and I will definitely be using him for my annual gas and central heating checks once we rent the place out.

    Boiler service and gas safety certificate
    Jessie came over as promised and did the work and provided with Gas safety certificate. Checked for leaks also provided advice on few things. highly recommended.

    Gas Hob connection
    Came round, started straight away. no hassle or issues even when he had to chase out part of a wall, was informative and helpful when telling me the reasons he was doing certain things. 100% will be the main contact for any of my future needs when updating properties.

    Service combi and gas safe certificate
    Used Jessi before and I was satisfied with his work. So I invited him to do another jod for me, but this time he didn’t perform as well. After the diagnostic of the problem, he supposed to order the part needed to be replaced and came back to replace it and fix the boiler. He disappeared and after calling him a few times, he just was keep telling that part hasn’t arrived yet, and eventually he just forgot about it. So I had to employ someone else to fix the boiler.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    This feeback is 9 months old, and unrelated to the original job posting which is 14 months old, so difficult to pin point what exactly has happened. I've tried to discuss this with Mike through email as I didn't receive further communication after installing the part. I asked the tenant to monitor for leaks and to let Mike know if it continued.  Since I didn't hear back, I assumed the job was complete. I've checked for communication from Mike on my phone history logs, texts and emails, but haven't been able to find anything, so not sure what exactly happened with this specific case.
