Geoff kept the appointment to view the job and give me a quote. I liked the care he took examining the roof and the resolution proposed which I accepted. He completed the work in the time frame promised and assured me he would return to fix any problems which might recur. I have recommended him to a neighbour and would look him up for other work in future.

I was a little concerned that I had to contact Jeff through mybuilder, an on-line company that I'd never heard of. But there was no need to worry because within a day or two I had a list of about eight interested builders that I could contact if I wished. An excellent result! As he was very local to us, Jeff came to us the next day and was happy to advise us on the work that needed to be done. He and his mate were very friendly and helpful. They carried out the work exactly as agreed and cleared up everything before they left. We would have no hesitation in using Jeff again. We discovered that Jeff enjoys a chocolate biscuit!
