He visited my home as agreed & on time. There is no doubt that the job was more complex than envisaged & required him to install piping & fittings in addition to the stop tap. He made absolutely sure that everything was perfect before he left. Despite additional work he stuck to his original quote. The above is the basic details but I would like to say what a diamond of a man Jonathan is. Very personable, clearly caring & totally professional.
