So glad Jon got in touch through my builder . He asked for photos of the bathroom from which he was able to advise on materials needed .The best way to position shower tray and enclosure. Sourced materials gave a very competitive quote which we accepted . Started the job in a few days . The job is perfect he even came back next day to check all OK Whilst completing the job he found a blocked waste pipe and an air pump which wasn't working . Fixed both . Jon was patient with my elderly relative explained everything and cleaned up after him . He is a rare find and one I shall keep on file . Thank you Jon. 😊

Perfect in every way

Johnathan and Lee installed new toilet and basin for me. Installation carried out with first class service. Will not hesitate to call on JC Plumbing in the future.

Brilliant.nice bloke and done job straight away

Jonathan was very professional, responsive and punctual. This job took two occasions to complete. Initially Jonathan thought it was the silicone problem led to a leak from shower unit to downstairs. However, after we confirmed it was still leaking on the ceiling Jonathan come back again to check right after my request. He cut the ceiling open and was able to identify the cause of leaking. He handle it right away and provided us with a reasonable quote taken into the account of the first attempt. We are very happy with the result and appreciate Jonathan’s professional service. Will definitely hire him again for future project and recommend him to everybody.
