He was also very helpful before we appointed him to carry out the work. He arrived at the agreed time (pretty much to the second) and completed the job throughly (which involved rehanging our front door and making sure it shut properly). He also provided some helpful tips on how to maintain the door in future. I would not hesitate using James again or recommending him to other people requiring someone to carry out a similar services.
