Although the problem was managed without Chris having to come out, his response to my job posting was excellent. He responded within minutes, was attentive and friendly in listening, checked photos and was thorough in trying to identify the problem. He was also willing to come out on a Sunday (which was the next day) which I thought was very helpful indeed. I would certainly recommend him for future work. Many thanks.
