Chris, was so helpful, we exchanged some calls and pictures about the problem and Chris tried to assist by phone to save us having to pay out if we could fix it ourselves & we did manage to get it sorted without him having to come out! You can't ask for more than that. Great customer service without him even getting any work out of it. Will be keeping his number for any future plumbing problems. Thanks Chris! :-)
