Tom contacted us about our wonky flush. He came round to see what was required and arrived at exactly the time he said he would. Parts were required which took a few days to arrive. Not all were available so Tom obtained and modified a modern fitting to solve our problem. We were totally satisfied by the work done and would recommend him anytime. Tom is a very personable young man, he obeyed Covid regulations to the letter and always left his work area clean and tidy before leaving. It was so good to find a reliable plumber and our loo now flushes perfectly. Thank you Tom

All done over the phone Replacement bath mixer tap replacement and boiler pressure top up for a flst that I rent out. Tom responded on mybuilder quickly once I shortlisted him. He gave an instant quote. Its a bit of a problem organizing access with the tenants. tom suggested that I agreed with the tenant to give their number to Tom , who liaised with them directly and contacted me to say it was done within about 24 hours. Thanks Tom - will call you again if I need anything else done!!!

Started the job whilst we were moving house with viewings lined up and after having cut a hole in the ceiling has not responded to several phone calls, messages and texts and still have the leak present.

Tom responded promptly to my initial advert, very happy with the quote, thebservice provided and most importantly the end result. Due to shipping issues related to hard wear Tom had to think outside the box, and ptobkem solve on the spot. First class service from start to finish, will use again and highly recommend.

Tom agreed to install laminate for me, he sounded very friendly and helpful initially. The day for the installation was agreed on, he also promised to give me a call or let me know if he can't do the job for whatever reason. As the day approached and I tried to contact him to actually cancel the job because laminate hadn't arrived, turned out he just simply blocked my number and never actually intended to do the job in the first place. I would describe him as very unprofessional and immature. So Tom, reading this feedback you know now that I cancelled anyway. Good luck, cowboy builder!

Tom painted our lounge / diner for us and it's amazing , He is top class and is so tidy when working you have to see it to believe it, Nothing was too much trouble ( even when a neighbours cat came through the window and left paw prints on the wet paint). Tom was courteous, punctual and extremely good at his job, People , you need to use him . He is first class . Will definitely be recommending him to anyone I know who needs some painting done and would use him again ourselves without hesitation.
