Kept me informed of delay, from the start. Competent engineer who explained issues as they developed. Clearly understood what was happening during the service. Nice personality, would highly recommend this engineer.

What a brilliant guy - very polite, and despite the dogs wanting “ to help” he was extremely efficient and got my mistake sorted very quickly ! I HIGHLY recommend him and he’s coming back to fix a shower. Thank you so much Tom DP-M.

Excellent! Job posted Sunday night (extreme water hammer), discussed it with Tom in the morning and the problem was resolved Monday afternoon. Tom was informative & efficient and completed the work in a reasonable time with a reasonable cost. I would recommend.

Tom was fantastic, he gave us a rough quote over the phone after we’d sent him some pictures of the area we needed work on. He popped by and measured some bits up, then went and got the things he needed from Screwfix and came straight back to do the job. Neat, tidy, and quick, and he explained what he was going to do and then talked us through what he had done after. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again!

Tom's work is very professional, neat and we were extremely pleased with the results and costs. He is a very knowledgeable person who was always on time and came up with various results for our various problems. I would certainly employ him again without a moments hesitation.
