From first contact to completion of the job, Jamie, Callum and Josh were outstanding! We had an idea of what we wanted doing in our loft and, after a site visit, we were advised that everything we wanted was achievable. The start date offered and price quoted were good for us, so we went for it. Just over a week later, the work was complete and what a difference it has made to our previously dark and dingy loft space. We now have a massive floor area that can be used for storage that is accessible through an enlarged loft hatch by a secure and stable wooden ladder. Lighting has been installed and the old insulation removed and new installation installed to a depth of 270mm under the floor and 300mm out to the eaves in the "unusable" space. The vacuum tops to the soil pipes are easy to get at, the extractor fan trunks are secure and out of the way and the few cables that are up there are now out of sight. It's a pleasure to go up there!!!

Jamie and his sons are top professional in putting in new installation and board to my loft. The whole job was also done neat and tidy. Would definite recommend.

Jamie and his sons did an amazing job on my loft. Not only that but they are lovely guys too and so clean/tidy! We'd just had our entire home renovated so doing the loft at this stage filled me with dread but I shouldn't have worried. Jamie actually left my house cleaner than it was before he arrived! If you need your loft cleaning out and turning into a good usable space then look no further. Jamie and his two sons did an amazing job of clearing out my historically rodent infested roof space that had an assortment of of dodgy flooring and inadequate insulation, and transformed it to a clean and safe environment . I now have a clean well insulated loft with a safe area of flooring for storage and look forward to saving on my heating bills. The guys worked very hard, laid down dust sheets and vacuumed up after them, and this all done in one day. As I said look no further and just hire these guys, you won't regret it.

Jamie was very helpful when seeking a quote which was reasonable. He was punctual on the day, brought dust sheets and his own hoover and was extremely clean and tidy. I was quite pleased with Insulations Experts, from beginning to end. Communication was good. I was kept informed about their time of arrival, and they did arrive on time. When an issue arose, Jamie explained the options. The work was carried out swiftly by Jamie and his 2 sons. They were proficient, quiet, respectful and left the place nice and clean.
