Easy to contact. Turned up when he said he would. Gave a fixed price including materials and kept to it. Gary did all the work I needed to get done and did it quickly, and cleared away all the rubbish. His price was very reasonable indeed. This young man tries to please and I was. In addition you will not need to stock up on tea, milk and sugar as he brings his own refreshments! I will try to remember to post a pic. of the new wall after I have finished cutting the grass, as at the moment the wall looks better than the garden!

Really pleased with the quote we received and the work Gary has done repairing and re-landscaping two thirds of our back garden after a vehicle impacted through the fence and damaged the area quite extensively. Gary was helpful throughout and made excellent suggestions on how to make our garden a better area for us and our family for the future. Everything was done professionally and completed within the time frame stated on booking. The work is of an excellent standard throughout consisting of mass soil and debris removal, block paving, patio/pathway slab laying, a full retaining wall, news steps, turfing and fencing. I would thoroughly recommend his services to anyone needing these kinds of work. Thanks again.... We would certainly use again.

Gary came out to quote for the 'manhole on driveway replacement' job, and was professional and friendly. His price was reasonable, and stayed in touch regarding his availability to attend to complete the job, and was flexible with dates, especially I had to postpone the job by a week. Will look to contact Gary again for other prop maintenance jobs, recommended.

I needed a catflap fitting into a uPVC door, and Garys' quote was much cheaper than other builders that had contacted me. He arrived slightly early which was great for us, and completed the work very swiftly but efficiently to a high standard. Did not get annoyed with the fact I was running late from the nursery run so was slightly late to make payment - seems like a thoroughly decent chap. I am very happy with the work completed and will not hesitate to contact Gary in the future should I need any other jobs carried out. Very happy customer xxx

Me and my husband met Gary and his team. He quoted us to build a retaining wall, and blocked paving our path, and plastering the hallway. Gary supplied all materials after beating our cheapest quote that we had from our local merchants. He did an extremely great job. We were both very please and have even ask Gary to maintain our property portfolio. Highly recommend Rachel.

A lovely friendly guy. Very prompt with timing. Communication was excellent making arrangements to attend. Gary explored as to where the leak was coming from and explained exactly what was required. He talked me through the job in hand so that I knew exactly what he was doing. He replaced the appliances and kick boards as he found them. The price charged for what he did was more than reasonable. I would recommend Gary again to anyone. I was a little sceptical about using mybuilder but I can honestly state I am more than satisfied with the site and the tradesman that attended. What a fantastic individual Gaz is, a really polite, honest and hard working person who has produced an excellent finished product. Gary is very particular and pays extra attention to the finer touches that make the finished job look so much better. From pointing the whole of the house, building a large front wall, plastering, fitting the front door plus a few other jobs, Gary's work was always produced to an exceptionally high standard. We cannot speak highly enough of his work but more importantly of Gary as an individual, we will be asking Gary to do more work for us in the future and would thoroughly recommend him.
