    Hello I need a wall building in my loft to separate my house n next doors loft. I have the bricks already . You'll have a helper for the day passing the bricks up

    Was a pleasure having Gary do the brickwork in my loft, was very helpful, left no mess, polite and done a good job.

    Patio wall required
    Gary did a very good job putting in a small dwarf wall to finish my patio. Was very happy with the outcome would hire again.

    Rebuild 2ft garden wall at front of property.

    Repointing of bay window
    Gary has been a very pleasant and trustworthy tradesman. He has undertaken re-pointing work of my bay window and waterproofed for my piece of mind, and suggested some additional tips to remedy what could be the cause of the water leaking through bricks when experiencing heavy rain. He was reasonably priced and very punctual, no disruption to my day at all, arrived and started with job which he completed within a few hours. I will be considering Gary for some additional work I have within the house once I am ready.

    damp under window

    Gary came and did some work for me earlier this year. Unfortunately the concrete he laid was not good quality and began to break up almost immediately. He came back to see this and agreed that it needed re-doing. Despite this, various phone calls and two agreements that he would come and fix the work “during next week” he did not turn up. I have since called and text messaged him but he is not responding. The concrete is such poor quality that I have now had to engage another builder, at considerable cost, to remove and re-do Gary’s shoddy work. So be warned

    Hi Wendy we completed the work earlier this year to an excellent standard and I also repaired your gate at no extra cost. You was really happy and left me a glowing feedback after 6 months You called me back as there was a small amount of chipped concrete which had been damaged by large heavy plant pots and you wanted me to repair it free of charge which I was happy to do when I had a free day in September.

    Gary was in touch straight away, agreed the job, he gave us a very good price and turned up on time. He was very helpful and did a great job! We will definitely be hiring Inside Out Property Maintenance again for any other work we need doing. Thank you Gary
