Great experience with iBathrooms from start to finish! Given they are pretty busy I was very pleased they were able to accommodate my job so soon. They did a full refurb, basically stripping everything in the bathroom out (including floorboards, plasterboard) and redoing the bathroom from 0. But beyond that really, the quality of work is geniunely good - you can tell they appreciate and strive for a job well done and spend the time needed to finish the job properly + pay attention to detail. They're also creative with solutions when you have some design compatibility issues - for example I had a hanging vanity unit that didn't quite have space for the waste because of various reasons so they managed to sort it out with a custom drain vs standard stuff you find in a shop. Their advice on why it's important to do more than a cosmetic do-over of the bathroom had clear justification, and it was proven to me when we ripped everything out to see the questionable state of everything behind the walls and below the floor in the bathroom (think unstable metal frames for walls, moistured and mouldy old plywood floorboards, etc.). Communication was good, costs and payment terms were clear and we stuck to the schedule. So all in all I feel confident in recommending the iBathrooms team to get your next awesome bathroom!

The guys did a great job of retiling my bathroom. The precision was very good and they have a great warranty and are always happy to take a phone call if need. Strong recommend!

I had a mixed experience with iBathrooms; they fitted my bathroom in January 2021 and I was initially really pleased with the result on what was a complicated job. The builder who completed the work was courteous and considerate, and the bathroom looked beautiful when finished. The job took longer than planned, but I understood the complications that had arisen along the way so I didn’t mind that too much. However, in the aftermath a number of things went wrong; the toilet had a tiny but persistent leak at the base, the sink leaked, then the shower flow started doing some really strange stuff, cutting out mid shower and dropping to a trickle for minutes at a time. The iBathrooms team were initially responsive to these issues and came back to deal with them promptly and courteously, but as problems kept coming up, they became less responsive, and eventually refused to carry out repair work without further payment, which I considered to be against the terms of the bathroom’s warranty. When I called other plumbers to try to rectify the issue with the shower, it transpired that the iBathrooms team had left no access to the only mains water stopcock in our flat, tiling it behind a wall. They fixed this on one of their visits but it was an obvious oversight I find hard to understand. I understand the situation with ongoing issues in the bathroom was stressful for their team, but it would certainly make me hesitate to use their services again.

IBathrooms created a wonderful bathroom for me. They were amazing! The communication was fantastic and they guided and supported every step of the way. The tiling was done beautifully. I could not reccomend them more highly! Great team , great job!

iBathroom did a fantastic job! I couldn't recommend them enough - a team of hardworking people. The builder caused a small crack in the toilet cover. It's not so noticeable but the company paid for a new cover and fitted it for me. The quality of work is also very high. They proposed ideas to make the project better and were able to accommodate my requests. The cost is very reasonable. Thank you very much for the great job.

***WALKED OUT ON THE JOB LEAVING A PREGNANT COUPLE WITHOUT A BATHROOM AND EMPTY SHELL FULL OF DUST AND RUBBISH AS THEY DEMANDED 75% OF THE MONEY ON THE 10% WORK THEY DID. PROOF ON WHATSAPP MESSAGES FOR NEW CUSTOMERS**** The worse builders and experience I've ever had with these guys. These guys demanded weekly labour costs and by the end of the 2nd week they demanded in total 75% of money of the 10% of work they did. First week the guy was an amateur. Switched the water and electrics off as in when he wished without advance notification. Pipe work was awful, shower value was not aligned to the centre and did not measure the height. The shower head touched my forehead. They got rid of him after a week and yet took money of me. New guy was replaced slightly better. I constantly had to keep tabs on him. A lot of shortcuts and he decided to use my tools. Didn't even have a Stanley knife. On the 2nd week the bathroom was still a shell and demanded further cash which I refused as no work was done as they only rectified the work from the shoddy work done by the first guy. They stopped the work and walked out taking with them £2500 for just stripping out a bathroom. Luckily I found a professional where we discovered leaks and illegal wiring work hidden in the ceiling - thank God we got saved by these guys. Wish I can photos to this to show their work!! Please beware guys!

We are very happy, an amazing completed bathroom renovation...first class professional service from start to finish, very neat and tidy job, cannot fault the finish product and would highly recommend them, excellent communication with Sorin and Adrin.

The job was to renovate an existing bathroom in a rented flat and the communication was very good despite us not being able to meet in person. The finish was excellent and some extra work to solve a water pressure issue was suggested and taken care of quickly to ensure our tenants had a useable bathroom as quickly as possible. The quote and the additional costs were made very clear and all evidence of receipts etc provided. Would recommend iBathroom services to others.
