I was pretty nervous going into our bathroom refurbishment project, renovating our cramped windowless mouldy en-suite in our new house, but Narcis was calm and reassuring, and Pol executed perfectly creating a spectacular bathroom and shower, which feels spacious, light and airy. We weren’t sure, going into the project, how much bigger a shower we would be able to fit in, or whether there would be enough space for the toilet under the skylight, or if the new vanity would block the shower door, or if the radiator would even fit in, however each problem was solved and the end result has exceeded my expectations. Grateful for Narcis's project management, suggestions & finishing touches (trim and grout).

I really enjoyed working with Ibathrooms. Upon inspection of the property, the work carried out was a far larger scope than we initially anticipated. However, they were able to revise the quote and even fix a roofing problem to a high-quality standard. Communication through the building work was excellent throughout, which helped as we had to extend the timescale it took to complete the work. The overall finish of the bathroom looked fantastic. I'd happily hire them again, or recommend them to family and friends.

iBathrooms were excellent from start to finish. At the first assessment all my requirements were carefully noted, and questions asked about important technical things I hadn't considered. No query of mine was too small or insignificant and the communication was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The work was carried out with amazing care and attention to detail, and all the unforeseen issues were tackled with patience and creativity - replacing a bathroom in an old Victorian flat can throw up some challenges! I couldn't be happier with the results and would heartily recommend the iBathrooms team.
