    Bathroom renovation from scratch
    A professional approach in all aspects. Very capable technicians undertook the tasks; knowledgeable, careful, capable keeping the rest of the property clean (Ionut). Very good coordination and overlooking by the iBathrooms team (Narcis); tough on price negotiations though. Added job of replacement of radiators and boiler which was also done efficiently and well.

    New bathroom fitting
    iBathrooms offered the most competitive price from several different bathroom fitters, and I'm very happy with the end result. Narcis was very pleasant to work with and has taken great care to make sure I am happy with the work. I found him to be a trustworthy professional who cares about providing great service, and I would recommend iBathrooms.

    Refurb bathroom in home
    Team did a great job. They have also been really responsive when I’ve needed a few small issues sorting since the project ended. Would definitely use them again. I love my bathroom.

    Small bathroom in E1 to be fitted
    I can not fault how the renovation of my bathroom went after I decided to hire iBathrooms for the job; I am very happy with the result and the speed of completion was impressive. Communication for the job was faultless; I never had to wait or guess about things that were happening during the job. I always received updates and receipts immediately. I can really recommend iBathroom for a bathroom refit; I would give them 10/10.

    New bathroom to be fitted
    Narcis and his team refurbished our bathroom. They provided great support from start to finish and we are extremely happy with the end result! We have already recommended them to friends and family and would definitely use them again if ever we need to do another bathroom. Thanks so much for our lovely bathroom!

    Refurb of bathroom
    Great company to work with - they handled the total project end to end which meant we avoided the hassle of dealing with multiple suppliers. Work was finished to a high standard with the reassurance of 3 years warranty for any snags or repairs needed. Would recommend.

    Full renovation of a small bathroom

    2 New Bathrooms
    Every day I use my bathroom I regret choosing iBathrooms. I now have to live with a wet room that constantly floods because it doesnt have enough of a slope installed for the water to drain away. They advised that there was a pipe in the way so they couldnt get the gradient needed - so why go ahead and install a wet room when a shower tray is what was needed?! They have ignored all of the messages Ive sent asking them to resolve. Once I had (stupidly) paid the last cash intallment, I never heard from them again. I had a much more usable bathroom before I spent thousands with this company.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    This job was done around 2 years ago! What you are saying now makes no sense. Regarding the messages we checked our phones and emails including sms and Whatsapp and also the MyBuilder messages, there is no communication from your side nothing! Can you check your messages please, maybe you contact someone else and not us. The strange thing is that you're under the warranty and if you have a problem we can come to check and fix it. We never run away or hide from our customers. Instead of leaving a negative feedback it was much better to contact us first! We believe that the drainage of the walking shower is dirty now and must be cleaned after all this time. Please clean that dirty drainage instead leaving a negative feedback whiteout no reason, this is not acceptable. Best regards iBathrooms

    New Bathroom
    Job was to do 2 bathrooms in my house. It was managed efficiently by the project manager and work was done with minimal disruption and to a high standard. I am delighted with the result for both bathrooms and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
