We are absolutely thrilled with the amazing job that Stefan did with our two bathrooms which needed to be completely gutted and refitted with new units and floor to ceiling tiles. It was a tight time frame to complete both before Christmas but Stefan achieved it comfortably, making sure that we always had one bathroom fully functional at all times. The result is amazing. Stefan is a perfectionist and notices the small details and geometry that give a professional finish. His team covered all our surfaces with protective cardboard and left the property clean afterwards removing all the old bathroom units and all traces of builders debris. We also had some extra repair work to the ceilings, new spotlights to be fitted, wires to be run for an heated towel rack, and a laundry tidy up including fitting a bracket to support and elevated tumble dryer and a new mirror. Plus we ended up requesting a wall repaint to freshen up the living areas since we could see what a great job his team were doing on the other repairs. Since we are overseas property owners, Stefan was great to work with, reporting in by regular phone calls, sending us progress photos and videos by what's app and dealing with all extra requested works with no fuss buying additional parts as required and having excellent tradesmen under his supervision. He is also friendly and got on well with our tenants. We will have no hesitancy in using Stefan again and recommending him for any job small or large.

Was very impressed with the work and done to a high quality standard. Stefan’s tiling was done very nicely and in the end I used him to do everything - replaced bath/basin and tiled floor. End product is very good and I would use him again.

Stefan came to give us a quote as soon as we shortlisted him, he showed great enthusiasm and professionalism. He was able to start with short notice which was much appreciated given our tight timescale. Stefan and his team found answers to all the issues uncovered in my bathroom; from rotten joists to totally dislevel walls and managed to complete the work to a very high standard. Very happy with the finished works and I am sure I can count on HSI for future home alterations.

I have chosen Stefan because of his enthusiasm and professionalism. He gave me a very fair quote and with him, everything was possible. I have very much appreciated Stefan's flexibility - I had to postpone the works twice - and hard work. Stefan and his team worked late some nights to make sure they would finish the job. He was also very supportive and always available by phone or texts. I asked him for advice regarding the shower and he was able to do some research for me and find the product I was looking for. Hired Stefan to complete a full clackroom renovation and he did an awesome job. From removing the previous toilet to fitting, plumbing, tiling, the result has been just excellent. In addition, Stefan (and his team) has been professional, punctual and left the site in a clean condition. I highly recommend him for similar types of jobs in the area and beyond.
