Stefan and his team have just completed the refurbishment of our bathroom and did a great job. Stefan's team were polite and clean and Stefan was always very responsive and provided lots of helpful advice and recommendations. Nothing was too much for Stefan and we even helped us with a few other tasks. I would recommend Stefan if you are looking for a reliable builder.

The other reviews on Stefan are spot on. He is very skilled, communicates well and is both flexible and creative if unexpected problems arise. He is also a very nice chap, so working with him is a pleasure. In our case he renovated our bathroom and toilet. They are not big rooms but still presented plenty of challenges, because making the most of small spaces takes vision. Our 1950's flat does not have a single straight wall, so fitting a unit and patterned tiles was not straight forward. Stefan was able to identify the problems ahead of time and came up with excellent solutions. Where we had decided to leave some old tiles in place, Stefan suggested we may get a better finish if we upgraded them. That advice was priceless as I now see that the extra work was essential to get the finish we wanted. Our little bathroom is now like a work of art, I go in there just to cheer myself up -- it's that good!

Stefan did an excellent job. He has high standards of workmanship and was always looking for ways to do the job in the best possible way. Any snagging items were addressed in a timely manner. I am very happy with the outcome.

Stefan and his team worked really hard to bring my dream bathroom to reality. They did a really good job, very efficient and lot of time spent paying attention to detail. Stefan and his team did a good job. Am very happy with their work. They completed a full bathroom refurb before the estimated completion time. This included removing existing walk in shower, sink and toilet and replacing it with a bath, new bathroom furniture, tiling, new lighting, installation of towel radiator and removal of rubbish. He communicated well throughout to help make decisions about planning and design of the bathroom. Good value for money. Can recommend him.

Stefan and his team did a fantastic job on installing my new bathroom and tiling it throughout. No easy job as i chose to have a black and white chequered theme using the dreaded black grout! The men worked extremely hard from the very first day and always turned up on time and left late. They cleaned up as they worked, never leaving a mess. They even polished up an old radiator to be used again for me. I would be happy to act as a referee and can provide photos of my tiny but fabulous new bathroom.

Stefan was great, the bathroom finish was so high that the bathroom looks amazing. He was also adaptable with materials arriving late and was effective at communication throughout the entire process. Thoroughly professional and a pleasure to work with, I'm very happy that I found him. I will be referring him to anyone that asks.

HSI builders did a fantastic job renovating our 2 storey London house. The whole building was gutted - 4 new bathrooms, kitchen, loft conversion, room redesign with walls knocked down, ceilings etc, plus new electrics, gas and plumbing. It was a huge job and thankfully we went with Stefan whose team was highly professional, friendly and always there to communicate with. They did an amazing job and he the made the process so much easier. We highly recommend them. Justin

Stefan did a bathroom refurb for me. Although the job took a lot longer than expected, and I also had to continuously highlight issues with some of the workmanship, in the end the issues did get resolved. To his credit, Stefan is very friendly and a very nice bloke.
