    Replace pop up waste in bath
    Ian carried out the work as agreed and was a friendly and tidy contractor. I would employ him for further plumbing works and recommend him.

    - Disconnect or cap gas pipes **Customer description** Need a gas safe tradesman to cut and cap 1 pipe... it is already a unused spur but I need it shortening. I need this doing today (Monday 23rd) Fair price please... I'm a tradesmen and I know this is max 1hr work Thanks Alex

    Ian, came the same day I posted the job... it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and he did it quickly and neatly for a very reasonable price. Top bloke 10/10

    Gas supply behind old fire needs capping.
    Ian was very professional. Punctual and kept in good contact. Nothing was to much trouble and left the work area clean and tidy once completed. I was recommend and use again if needed :)

    Replace trv valve on leaking radiator
    Ian turned up the following day and carried out the work with no issues and for a very reasonable price, I would absolutely recommend thanks Ian

    Fir new electric shower
    Ian was fabulous, old shower removed, new shower fitted, job completed, no fuss, excellent rates. Would definitely use again

    Electric shower unit needs replacing
    Excellent service. I contacted Ian reference fitting a new shower unit. He promptly replied and forwarded me a quote. I instructed him to carry out the work, which he did and kept me informed of progress throughout. The work was completed to the satisfaction of my tenant. Would recommend.
