The job was done very well, not too expensive and very reliable.

Initially, Ian attended the property to establish the work which needed to be carried out. He was very specific about what needed to be done and approximately how long it would take to complete. After agreeing a time to start the work, Ian arrived promptly the following morning to remove the old boiler and install the new one. The following day, he returned to finish off the work – system flush & install the condensate pipe & trap. Once the work was completed, Ian then explained in good detail about how to use the new boiler. He also maintained a tidy work area throughout and cleaned up at the end of the day. After inspection, it would appear that the work carried out was done to a very high standard. All timescales were met and there were no surprise / unexpected costs at the end. I will look forward to calling Ian back in future for other jobs which need doing.
