I am more than happy to recommend David Hepburn. He is a professional architect and also a very nice man. David did a great job preparing the designs allowing for multiple amendments, though I suspect that is how most projects go. He handled the submissions to planning and building control and the approvals were given without any fuss. Other aspects of our build have been very problematic but we have no complaints from David. He was polite, considerate and helpful throughout and I am glad I went with him.

Very nice person, flexible working as I had to modify several time, good rate and approachable. I will recommend to use.

David was really helpful and creative in getting the plans across to us in no time. He had provided us with couple of options for us to choose from..His ideas were great. The price was competitive and helped in submitting the plans to the council and has updated back once the plans are approved.

David is a quiet unassuming man and not at all what I expected. He supplied plans for our conversion, and we are more than happy with the service provided. David drew up the plans to our request, submitted them and followed up on our behalf. All for a fair price. We would recommend David's service.

David was very professional right from the start and we were surprised that his fees were very reasonable considering he is a fully qualified architect. The proposed scheme looks great and we are excited for when it will be completed.

We hired David Hepburn for a two storey extension on a 1930s semi. David is very attentive, and responds quickly to emails, always seemingly willing to answer questions and queries about both the plans themselves, and the planning system in general. We had some ideas about the extension that we wanted, and these evolved over time. David responded to these changes well, and came up with a final set of plans that we were pleased with. David submitted the planning application on our behalf, which made the process considerably easier. After some research, we found David's fees to be competitive. I have already recommended him to a friend, and will do again.

We were struggling to decide on the best way to add an extension to our property and asked David to provide us with a qoute , We found David really helpful in deciding the best way to achieve this . David has provided us with the drawings and applied for planning permision for us which has made the process easier for us at a reasonable cost . We are at the moment at planning stage and happy with the service David has provided up to this point
