It was difficult to find some one who will not complicate what I wanted to achieve before David stepped in and not only did he understand what I wanted, he has been fantastic and patient to see this through to the end. The process was a difficult one and would have created unnecessary work, achieve very little and at great expense but David knows his stuff and was able to successfully challenged disadvantageous decisions to ensure all intended outcomes were achieved. David has been very helpful throughout the planning stage of our project. Plans have changed due to the extension of the permitted development scheme and David has redrafted them to suit the new situation. He has also guided us through various other planning aspects and provided cross section drawings required for party wall notices. Many thanks David.

David is an experienced architect and with his help we have gained planning approval on a difficult listed building project. He has a good understanding of the historic planning requirements and during the process helped us with some good design ideas whilst liaising with the council. David is very amenable, professional and polite and easy to get hold of for a chat at any reasonable hour of the day, which is refreshing. We are still working with David on our building project And look forward to his continued support.
