I’m very disappointed by this feedback. As I firstly pointed out that the original floor was laid wrong and there needed to be an expansion gap all way round so I done this for free for the customer and put it right. The gaps you are mentioning are expansion gaps which you didn’t have before, I offered for free again for me to fit the skirting on top of the expansion gap again another freebie. Also when having a new kitchen floor the customer did not move or empty the fridge or the freezer also the washing was plumbed and full of clothes plus dirty plates and general food and dirt around the kitchen! So as I’m not one to complain I started moving all the appliances around so as you could have your new floor by the time you got in from work. In moving all these appliances I do apologise for moving a FRIDGE MAGNET which I don’t actually remember, but it would still be there or in the 5 bin bags of rubbish I cleared up for you. You was also sent back recorded delivery the key which you didn’t even tell me you’ve received. Again I contacted you for me to attend and do your skirting for FREE and also find the MAGNET. But instead you chose to not answer so I presume you realised you was wrong with the board size comment (expansion gap) and you found your MAGNET. Many Thanks hope you can take this as experience that when having new floors rooms and furniture need to be moved. All the best.
