    Bathroom
    Great Job completed. I am disabled so needed someone who knows about this sort of job, Kiley came and I had several others to see but he stood out by a mile because his attitude and knowledge I was very impressed with. He arrived on time and was under budget. I would have no hesitation in hiring kiley as he’s very friendly and polite but mainly his work is second to none.

    Laminate floor
    I was extremely nervous about having a tradesman in and also that they wouldn’t understand what I wanted. This company came recommended by one of my neighbours so I hired them. And I must say from the very first meeting kiley put my mind at rest the time he took to explain everything I was worried about and he even sources the floor much cheaper than I could, and it was a pleasure to have him in my house and doing the work it made me completely at ease. He gave me a time frame and kept to this time frame although there was some extras I had asked him to do which he was more than happy to do and still kept it in time and to budget. I am so so frilled with my nee floor I can’t thank him enough, he has quoted for more floors in my house and also my daughters and I’ll look forward to seeing him in future. Great job kiley thank you so much.

    Install new kitchen
    I am so disappointed in this person he started with such an encouraging attitude of how he was going to do the job for us and then it was down hill from there, he has had advance payment of which he owes us money back and has left a complete mess which now we have to try and salvage also evidence of heavy drinking on our property. I have no idea how he has so many good reviews as this probably has been our worst experience with a workman.His communication is really bad does not respond in a timely manner.The amount of stress this has created is insurmountable and much time has been wasted, hire this person at your peril.

    This must be a joke surely, time for truth, THIS man is a FRAUD, he’s in America and you can’t contact him unless you have a pin, so when I asked for decisions it took 4 to 5 days for a text reply, alarm bells should of rang for me when I was the 3rd builder for a kitchen ??, you didn’t pay Howdens for worktop, also plumber and electrician who all have families and you choose to ignore. You was only interested in trade discount so used my contacts to get you best price and still you have t paid them. How dare you accuse my company of “heavy drinking” this was the rubbish previous builders left that we cleared up for you !! The very small part payment you gave was just to get us to start, you have then ordered loads on my account, instructed plumbers and spark to complete but no one can get hold of you and you owe all these people. How dare you play with these people, I will do my best to pay these out of my pocket because it’s not their fault I fell for a FRAUD. This is the first time I have encountered such a terrible person it has left me questioning every customer I have now. You’ve got time to do this perhaps you would be so kind and PAY WHAT YOU OWE to everyone. Or give contact details so I can give to them. What you’ve done is disgusting and I hope Karma play a part in life, you have left me out of pocket and also my contacts/friends, all of which tried to do you a favour. I hope tou can sleep. TRADES DO NOT WORK FOR THIS FRAUD (or if you do let me know details) 👎👎👎👎👎

    Engineered wood flooring in living room
    Very professional job on our wood flooring. excellent workmanship. Fast, efficient and friendly. Will use again.

    Fit flooring and skirting board
    Kiley did a great job laying my cork floor panels/ skirting boards and installing audio boards in my new garage conversion. He went above and beyond to make sure the job had the best finish possible and I cant recommend him highly enough for any room fit out jobs. On top of that he was a pleasure to have around whilst he was here.

    Laying laminated flooring in 2 rooms
    Kiley did a great job on laying the laminated flooring in two of our rooms. He was quick and efficient, it was clear he is very experienced in this. He removed our old skirting too (even when it was not part of the agreed job) and neatly fitted new ones.

    New toilet cistern needed & re-hanging of a radiator
    Kiley was friendly and helpful. He fitted a new cistern neatly and took the old one away. He also re-hung a radiator, replaced the back board and took the old bits away. Very reasonable 👍🏻

    Laminate floors installed in a small 50 sq meter flat
    Kiley did a great job on my flooring, he made few suggestions to make it look even better. He was precise and thorough. I was also happy with the cost and will use his services in the future.

    - Install floorboards - In a small area **Customer description** I need a floor fitter to install 20sqm of tongue and groove Engineered wood flooring using underlay. It's small home office ..thanks

    Bathroom fitting
    Kiley has done a very good job on my bathroom we were very, please with the outcome and we have asked him to do more work for us
