Robert responded to me very quickly and was able to do the job the same night which really helped me out. He charged a very reasonable fee and provided an excellent service. I would definitely use him again should I need any further work done. Job: Connecting a gas cooker, checking boiler system and repressurising, checking integrity of gas piping.

Robert was professional and knowledgeable, and carried out a thorough service for boiler with full paperwork and inspected unvented system. However, although Robert identified a potential problem with one of the pressure vessels, which he said he will need to investigate, I have yet to hear back from him (three weeks ago), so I cannot confirm that the unvented system service was completed.

Robert came out to assess the boiler within minutes of phoning me. He was quick to identify the problem and just as quick to repair it even though he had to order 2 parts separately. He had forgotten to mention a relatively low call out charge but in view of how good he is and how reasonable his ultimate cost was, this was not a problem. He saved us huge amounts of money as we had been given a high price for a repair and a replacement by an unscrupulous plumber I had previously called out.
