I didn' t hire this guy because I booked him to come out and do a quote, but he was late and then said he couldn't find anywhere to park where he wouldn't get a ticket. I advised him where to park, but he wouldn't take my advice (despite everyone who comes to my property parking in this place with no problems). So he didn't even make it to my property to have a look at the job. This was a waste of my time as I had to get someone else in on another day. Also when I iniltally spoke to him onthe phone he wanted to charge me £45 just to come and look at the job. When he realised I lived close to him he said he would waive the charge.

Robert responded quickly to my request and arrived promptly. Diagnosed the valve problem replaced part same morning and serviced our Worcester Greenstar boiler with no problems. Nice chap, nice work thanks.

I have no hesitation in recommending Robert for work as a heating engineer. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it in time for my daughters bath. It makes a refreshing change to deal with a tradesman who you do not feel is going to rip you off and I will use him again when I next have a problem

Robert did a great job on a small gas leak which I discovered just as I was leaving to catch a flight. He called me straight away after I posted the job and was able to come out the following day and also gave me advice over the phone. Robert collected the key from my neighbour and they let him in. The message I got from them the same day was that he had been very thorough and had explained the fault to them and shown them the repair and the gas check. He then called me to tell me the outcome which I was very grateful for. He knows his stuff and I would highly recommend him.

Good friendly service, stayed late to complete. very reasonable price too.

Robert was quick in identifying the fault with the boiler and managed to source the faulty air valve part and install the following day.

Robert was excellent. Did the job for the price agreed and didn't charge extra even though he had to visit twice. He was also happy to come and do it in the evening.

I am very pleased with Robert's work. He arrived promptly, examined the boiler and diagnosed the problem. He explained how much it would cost to fix and then went and got the necessary thermostat and fixed it. He clearly is highly trained and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitley recommend him.
